① To the potential bidders who raised concerns about the "competitive consultation document not clearly defining the scope and content of the construction tender, nor specifying the settlement method," and requested the owner to clarify the tender control price, construction scope, and settlement terms: We hereby respond that the scope of this tender includes design, interior decoration, and central air-conditioning installation. The actual construction scope will follow the decoration plan submitted by the successful bidder and approved by the tenderer after review. This project is based on a lump-sum contract, and both parties—Party A and Party B—will strictly adhere to the agreed-upon price while ensuring high-quality execution of all tendered works. ② Regarding your suggestion that "the 90-day deadline specified in the competitive consultation document may not be feasible," given that our company has thoroughly researched leading domestic central air-conditioning brands, which typically require an extended supply period. Moreover, these systems will need to be installed concurrently with other interior decoration tasks. Under these circumstances, completing the project within 90 days would likely compromise quality and efficiency. Therefore, we kindly request the client to extend the construction timeline accordingly. However, we must inform you that the current project schedule cannot be adjusted. ③ In response to your query about the design qualification requirements outlined in the tender documents: We confirm that the requirement stating "must simultaneously hold valid Level-2 or higher professional contracting licenses for architectural decoration projects issued by the competent construction authorities, along with Level-3 or higher general contracting licenses for mechanical and electrical engineering projects, and specialized Grade-B or higher design qualifications in architectural decoration" is indeed inaccurate. As per industry standards, architectural design qualifications already encompass all relevant specialized engineering design services. Hence, we kindly ask the tender agent to promptly revise the relevant sections of the procurement announcement and competitive consultation document to reflect the correct qualifications. - 10.
