Level 1 Cost Engineer (Installation)
Job requirements:
1. Candidates with more than 5 years of experience in an engineering cost consulting firm are preferred;
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a relevant academic background in architecture, construction cost estimation, or a related field; proficient in both the theoretical and practical aspects of construction cost management.
3. Proficient in various construction cost estimation software, such as construction project cost calculation tools, BIM software, and drafting programs like CAD;
4. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective information exchange and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders; is honest and upright, demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, and strictly adheres to industry self-regulatory standards.
5. Possesses strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment, enabling high efficiency and superior performance even under stressful working conditions; maintains excellent physical health and robust mental resilience. Demonstrates a strong sense of teamwork and the ability to endure hardship with perseverance. Capable of independently managing and completing installation cost consulting tasks.
Job Qualifications:
First-class Cost Engineer (Installation), Senior Engineer preferred (age 30–50)
Benefits and Compensation:
The monthly salary ranges from 6,000 to 8,000, based on base pay and performance-based bonuses, with lunch provided. We offer the five social insurances, and salary details can be discussed during the interview.
