① To the potential bidders who raised concerns about the "competitive consultation document not clearly defining the scope and content of the construction tender, nor specifying the settlement method," and requested the owner to clarify the tender control price, construction scope, and settlement terms: We hereby respond that the scope of this tender includes design, interior finishing, and central air-conditioning installation. The actual construction scope will be determined based on the finishing plan submitted by the successful bidder and approved by the tenderer after review. This project is a lump-sum contract, and both parties—Party A and Party B—will strictly adhere to the agreed-upon price while ensuring high-quality execution of all tendered works. ② Regarding the concern raised by potential bidders about the 90-day工期 requirement specified in the competitive consultation document: Your company has conducted thorough research into well-known domestic central air-conditioning brands, which typically have longer supply lead times. Moreover, these systems will need to be installed concurrently with other interior finishing sub-projects, making it impossible to complete the entire project within the 90-day timeframe. Therefore, we kindly request the client to extend the construction period accordingly. However, we must inform you that the project’s scheduled工期 cannot be adjusted at this time.③ In response to the clarification request from potential bidders regarding the design qualification requirements outlined in the project bidding documents: As pointed out, the current description stating that "the architectural industry design qualification already encompasses all specialized engineering design services" is inaccurate. We hereby correct this statement. The correct requirement for design qualifications and levels should read: "Bidders must simultaneously hold valid professional contracting licenses for building decoration and renovation projects (Level 2 or above) issued by the competent construction authorities, as well as Level 3 or above general contracting licenses for mechanical and electrical engineering projects, and Level 2 or above specialized design licenses for architectural decoration projects." - 10.
