① The health check-up software must integrate with the hospital’s existing HIS billing system, LIS laboratory information system, PACS imaging system, and other business systems to enable seamless, automated data transfer. ② The health check-up software adopts a B/S architecture. It places no specific requirements on the workstation operating system, and the client can be used immediately without any installation needed. ③ For further details, please refer to the procurement documents. - (6) Delivery Time or Service Duration: Installation and commissioning must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date of contract signing.

(1) General Qualification Requirements
1. Bidders must meet the conditions stipulated in Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China. 2. Valid copies of the business license, tax registration certificate, and organization code certificate (or a business license with the "Unified Social Credit Code" if applicable). 3. Demonstrated good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system: Provide a copy of the financial statements for 2018, audited by an independent third-party accounting firm, stamped with the official company seal. (For companies established after 2019, only a capital verification report is required.) 4. Evidence of timely payment of taxes and social security contributions: Submit proof of tax payments covering any three consecutive months within the past year, accompanied by a certified copy of the tax clearance certificate issued by the local tax authority. Additionally, provide copies of social security contribution receipts for any three consecutive months within the past year, also stamped with the official company seal. 5. A written declaration confirming no significant legal violations in business operations over the past three years prior to participating in government procurement activities. 6. Bidders must not be listed on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) as entities subject to enforcement actions or involved in major tax-related legal cases, nor may they appear on the list of suppliers banned from participating in government procurement activities by the Ministry of Finance due to serious breaches of procurement laws and regulations (within the time frame and geographic scope specified in the relevant penalty decisions). 7.
