The EPC General Contracting Project for the Medical Technology Comprehensive Building of Rongjiang County People's Hospital in Qiandongnan Prefecture has been approved by the Rongjiang County Development and Reform Bureau under Document No. Rongfa Gai Fu [2018] 780, as required by the "Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China" and its "Implementation Regulations." The project now meets all necessary conditions for tendering and will proceed with an open bidding process for the following construction activities. Relevant details are announced as follows: **I. According to the "Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Implementation Regulations of the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China," and other relevant provisions, after Rongjiang County Development and Reform Bureau With Rongfa Development and Reform Reply [2018] No. 780 Approval , Qiandongnan Prefecture Rongjiang County People's Hospital EPC General Contracting Project for the Medical Technology Integrated Building Construction The conditions for tendering have been met. The following construction project will now be publicly bid, and relevant details are announced as follows:

(1) Project Name: Qiandongnan Prefecture Rongjiang County People's Hospital Medical Technology Comprehensive Building Construction Project General Contracting EPC )
(II) Project Location: Rongjiang County, Qiandongnan Prefecture
(III) Project Category and Structural Type: Other
(IV) Funding Sources and Project Investment Estimate: State-owned funds (excluding funds applied for as subsidies from higher authorities; any shortfall will be covered by the local government's own financial resources). 8400 Ten thousand yuan.

II. Scope of the Tender
Complete the site investigation for the project - Design - General contracting services include design tasks such as schematic design, preliminary design, cost estimation, and construction drawing preparation. This role also involves organizing the review of design documents and providing ongoing design coordination support—essentially covering all aspects of the project's design phase. For site investigation, we handle the entire scope of engineering geological surveys required within the approved feasibility study boundaries, including initial and detailed site investigations, technical documentation, follow-up services, and any necessary supplementary surveys. As for construction, our responsibilities encompass all construction activities related to the project, right through to final completion, acceptance inspection, comprehensive handover, and even defect rectification during the warranty period.
3. Qualification Requirements for Bidding Applicants
(1) The project requires applicants to have Construction administrative authorities have issued Grade II or higher general contracting qualifications for construction projects, as well as Grade A or higher design qualifications in the construction industry and Grade B or higher qualifications in geotechnical engineering (geotechnical investigation) for engineering surveys. and possesses the corresponding capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funding.
(II) Qualifications of the Project Leader: The project leader must hold a Grade-II or higher Construction Engineer certification in architectural engineering and must not currently be serving as the project leader for any other ongoing construction projects. The design project leader must possess the national-level Registered Architect qualification, while the survey leader must have the national Registered Civil Engineer (Geotechnical) professional license.
(III) Each applicant may apply for up to 1 Bidding for a single lot, with bids being accepted 1 A mark.
(IV) This Tender Accept Joint bidding. For joint bids, the following requirements must be met: 1 The lead entity of the consortium must hold a Grade II or higher general contracting qualification for construction projects issued by the competent construction administration authority. The lead entity will be responsible for all communication between the consortium and the tenderer during the bidding process for this project. 2 "Each party in the consortium must sign a consortium agreement, clearly defining the lead entity as well as the responsibilities, rights, and obligations of all parties involved." 3 • None of the members of the consortium have been suspended or disqualified from bidding; 4 "Members of the consortium shall not, in their own name or by joining other consortia, participate individually or collectively in bidding for this procurement project." 5 For joint venture bids, only the leading entity needs to enter the information when obtaining the tender documents. 6 The number of consortium members cannot exceed 3 Home.
