8. Qualification Requirements for Bidding Suppliers:
( 1) General Qualification Requirements
Materials suppliers must provide when purchasing negotiation documents:
1. Original copies of the valid business license, tax registration certificate, and organization code certificate are required; 2. The supplier must hold a Grade-3 or higher General Contracting License for Power Engineering Construction, or a Grade-3 or higher Specialized Contracting License for Transmission and Substation Engineering, as well as a Power Facility Installation (Repair, Testing) Permit issued by a branch office of the National Energy Administration. Specifically, they must have a Grade-5 or higher qualification for installation services and a Grade-5 or higher qualification for repair services. Original copy ； 3. The project manager must hold a Grade-2 or higher (including Level 2 and above) professional qualification as a construction engineer specializing in mechanical and electrical engineering. Original copy , holding a valid certificate confirming successful safety production assessment ( Category B) Original copy ； 4. Provide a screenshot from the Credit China website showing no adverse records, duly stamped with the official seal of your organization. 5. If sending a representative in your place, please bring the original copy of the legal representative’s authorization letter and the representative’s original ID card. 6. If the legal representative attends in person, please bring the original copy of the legal representative’s identity certificate along with their original ID card.
Note: ① If the supplier’s business license copy is a “three-in-one” or “five-in-one” version, only the business license copy containing the Unified Social Credit Code needs to be provided; the tax registration certificate and the organization code certificate are not required.
② Suppliers must submit one set of photocopies, stamped with the official red seal, to the agency for archival purposes upon registration.
