Response to the Letter of Query Regarding the Tender Documents for "Project Phase II of Guizhou Business College Baiyun New Campus—Student Dormitory No. 5 (Supervision)"

Here is the response to the inquiry regarding the tender documents:
Question 1 : Tender Documents P6 Page: "Pre-attached Schedule of Bidding Instructions," Item No. 3.6.4 "According to the 'Tender Documents,' one original hard copy of the bid document, three additional hard copies of the bid document, and three electronic versions of the bid document are required." U Plate 1 Copies and electronic discs 1 Portion) ….. "Along with the bidding documents P29 Page "Preliminary Review Record Form," No. 2 "Regarding the 'Format, Signing, and Scoring of Bidding Documents': For projects using electronic bidding, the specific requirements are as follows: one original hard copy of the bidding documents, three additional hard copies, and two electronic versions of the bidding documents." U Plate 1 Copies and electronic discs 1 "Part)" is contradictory—could you please clarify which one takes precedence?
Answer: According to the "Preliminary Evaluation Record Form" in the tender documents, item 2 "Regarding the 'Format, Signing, and Scoring of Bidding Documents': For projects using electronic bidding, the specific requirements are as follows: one original hard copy of the bidding documents, three additional hard copies, and two electronic versions of the bidding documents." U Plate 1 Copies and electronic discs 1 (as) specified.
Question 2 : Tender Documents P4 Page: "Pre-attached Schedule of Bidding Instructions," Item No. 1.3.1 “The construction supervision service period: identical to the construction duration. Related service periods (survey, design, and warranty): the warranty period aligns with the defect liability period; other service periods—such as specialized technical consulting and external coordination—are equivalent to the construction duration.” P39 Page "Detailed Review Record Form" No. 2 The "supervision service period" specified in the "tender documents" is 270 "Calendar days" are inconsistent—could you please clarify which one takes precedence?
Answer: According to the tender documents P4 Page: "Pre-attached Schedule of Bidding Instructions," Item No. 1.3.1 "The 'Supervision Service Period' is defined as follows: 'Construction Supervision Service Period': identical to the construction duration; 'Related Service Periods (Survey, Design, Warranty)': the warranty period aligns with the Defect Liability Period, while other service periods—such as specialized technical consulting and external coordination tasks—will also correspond to the construction duration."
Question 3 : Tender Documents P4 Page: "Pre-attached Schedule of Bidding Instructions," Item No. 1.3.2 "Compliance with the 'Construction Project Quality Acceptance Standards' and relevant national quality requirements" in "Supervision Service Quality," along with the tender process P39 Page "Detailed Review Record Form" No. 3 "Engineering quality" complies with the "Unified Standard for Quality Acceptance of Construction Engineering." GB50300-2013 "The series of standards and the relevant quality standards stipulated by the national regulations are inconsistent—so which one should be followed?"
Answer: According to the tendering process P39 Page "Detailed Review Record Form" No. 3 "Engineering quality" complies with the "Unified Standard for Quality Acceptance of Construction Engineering." GB50300-2013 "Series standards and relevant quality standards stipulated by national regulations" As a reference.
