1、 Duyun Municipal Education Bureau Of the Duyun No. 2 Middle School South Campus Teaching Building Renovation and Reconstruction Project Already by Guizhou Provincial Department of Education According to Qian Education Letter No. 14 of 2020 Approval for construction has been granted. It is now decided to conduct a competitive negotiation to select the supplier for this project.

2.3 Delivery time or service time : Completion must be achieved within 90 calendar days after the contract is signed.
2.4 Quality standards : Complies with the current national standards for construction quality acceptance.
2.5 Bidder qualification requirements:
2.5.1 Complies with Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China;
2.5.2 Having a valid business license;
2.5.3 This tender requires bidders to have Construction administrative authority-issued Grade III or higher general contracting qualification for construction projects and possesses the corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funding; specifically, the project manager nominated by the bidder must have Civil Engineering Professional Two Registered Construction Engineer with a qualification at or above the specified level, holding a valid certificate confirming successful completion of safety production assessments, and currently not serving as the project manager for any other ongoing construction projects.
