Additionally, they must not appear on the list of suppliers banned from participating in government procurement activities by the Ministry of Finance, as documented on the "China Government Procurement Website" (www.ccgp.gov.cn), within the time frame and geographic scope specified by the relevant penalty decision. ⑨ Joint bids will not be accepted for this project. - Brief technical, service, and safety requirements: Glass-magnesium color steel panel: 50mm thick, with a base plate thickness of 0.426mm, gray-white in color, including wastage; 2mm-thick PVC flooring, applied after interface treatment prior to laying the floor, followed by cement self-leveling compound, and finally installed with PVC flooring adhesive, extending 120mm up the walls. Direct-expansion air conditioning unit: airflow rate of 4,600 m³/h, equipped with fan, coil section, electric heater, humidifier, sterilization device, fan vibration isolators, and two-stage filters, including copper piping and outdoor unit components (for details, refer to the tender documents).
