2. Project Overview and Scope of Tender

2.4 Scope of the Tender: The design services include: developing implementation plans, preparing preliminary designs and construction drawings, providing detailed technical briefings, addressing design-related technical issues during construction, offering on-site coordination support, and delivering post-construction services. Construction services encompass: executing all work within the scope of construction drawings and design changes, as well as procuring, installing, and overseeing the installation of critical equipment and materials, along with providing ongoing on-site coordination and follow-up services.
3. Bidder Qualification Requirements
3.1 Bidders for this tender must possess A Grade III or higher General Contracting Qualification for Construction Projects and a Grade B or higher qualification in the Architectural Industry (Construction Engineering) issued by the competent construction administrative authority, along with adequate capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and financial resources. Qualifications, / Performance, along with corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funding.
