On July 18, Yan Yunbo, Executive Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Hebei Provincial Real Estate Association, along with Executive Vice Chairman Li Mingbo leading a delegation, organized a study visit to Runjiang Group headquarters. The group included 11 members, such as Guo Yanling, Administrative Director of Hebei Tengtai Group. Meanwhile, 11 representatives from Runjiang Group, including Vice President Hao Jianzeng, attended the meeting and shared insights into the company’s operations and achievements.
According to the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China" and relevant laws and regulations, Guizhou Enfang Engineering Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. (the bidding agency) has been entrusted by the Changji Township People's Government of Sansui County (the purchasing entity) to conduct a domestic open tender for the Camellia oleifera seedling project. Supplier registration process:
This project requires online registration via the member portal. Bidders who have not yet registered as members must visit the Qiandongnan Prefecture Public Resource Trading Center website, click on "Bidder Login," and complete the membership registration process by submitting their company’s basic information (please ensure that all uploaded scanned documents are clear and legible). Newly registered entities should submit their completed application forms along with scanned documents, which will then be marked as "Pending Review." Once this status is confirmed, bidders must bring the original documents, a copy signed by the legal representative, stamped with the company seal and the legal representative’s seal, to the site for verification. This step ensures that all bidders can promptly proceed with the registration process for this project. Please note that only registered members and those who have completed the on-site verification will be eligible to participate in the bid opening and qualification review. Bidders who fail to register as members or complete the on-site verification process will not be permitted to participate in this project, and any resulting consequences will be the sole responsibility of the supplier.
After the supplier completes the on-site document verification and passes, they must submit copies of the documents—stamped with the official red seal—for archival purposes.
