To further advance the "Three Deepenings and Three Enhancements" initiative, the district will continue to deepen the "Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Dual Services" campaign, aiming to boost the innovation capabilities of private enterprises, provide targeted support for their growth, encourage private firms to undergo transformation and upgrading, and help them attract top-tier talent. This effort seeks to address the critical talent challenges hindering private sector development. On the afternoon of August 28, a talent promotion event—organized by the Xinhua District Committee Organization Department, co-organized by the Tianyuan Subdistrict Party Committee, and hosted by Hebei Tengtai Real Estate Development Group Co., Ltd.—was held in the third-floor conference room of Hebei Tengtai Group.

Comrade Yin Ziqi from the Organization Department of Xinhua District Committee provided a detailed explanation of Shijiazhuang City’s Talent Green Cards—Category A and Category B—as well as the Xinhua District Talent Green Card. He specifically addressed questions raised by our company’s employees regarding the Xinhua District Talent Green Card in Shijiazhuang, thoroughly clarifying everything from the application process to the implementation of various service programs.

After the application is approved, green card holders will gain access to 12 services, including personnel file management, household registration processing, children's school enrollment, healthcare, social insurance, employment and entrepreneurship support, housing assistance, and rent subsidies.

Through this talent policy outreach event held directly at the company, all employees of Hebei Tengtai Group gained a deeper understanding of the national support for strategic talent development. At the same time, they became even more aware of the importance of continuous self-learning and personal growth.
