To further advance the "Three Deepenings and Three Enhancements" initiative, the district will continue to deepen the "Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Dual Services" campaign, aiming to boost the innovation capabilities of private enterprises, provide targeted support for their growth, encourage private firms to undergo transformation and upgrading, and help them attract top-tier talent. This effort seeks to address the critical talent challenges hindering private sector development. On the afternoon of August 28, a talent promotion event tailored specifically for enterprises—organized by the Xinhua District Committee Organization Department, co-organized by the Tianyuan Subdistrict Party Committee, and hosted by Hebei Tengtai Real Estate Development Group Co., Ltd.—was held in the third-floor conference room of Hebei Tengtai Group. During the event, Comrade Yin Zhiqi from the Xinhua District Committee Organization Department provided detailed information on the Shijiazhuang City Talent Green Cards—specifically, the A and B cards—and highlighted the benefits and opportunities they offer to talented individuals and businesses in the region.

Comrade Yin Ziqi from the Organization Department of Xinhua District Committee provided a detailed explanation of Shijiazhuang City’s Talent Green Cards—Category A and Category B—as well as the Xinhua District Talent Green Card. He specifically addressed questions raised by our company’s employees regarding the Xinhua District Talent Green Card in Shijiazhuang, thoroughly clarifying everything from the application process to the implementation of various service programs.
After the application is approved, green card holders will gain access to 12 services, including personnel file management, household registration processing, children's school enrollment, healthcare, social insurance, employment and entrepreneurship support, housing assistance, and rent subsidies.
Through this talent policy outreach event held directly at the company, all employees of Hebei Tengtai Group gained a deeper understanding of the national support for strategic talent development. At the same time, they developed a stronger awareness of the importance of continuous self-learning and personal growth—encouraging them to maintain a forward-thinking, innovative mindset while embracing an unrelenting commitment to lifelong learning. Moreover, the initiative helped the company recognize the critical need to invest more heavily in attracting, nurturing, valuing, and cherishing talent. After all, for the enterprise to achieve leapfrog growth, innovation is the key, and talent is the driving force. After all, talent is the organization’s most valuable asset—a foundational resource that enables businesses to not only expand but also thrive sustainably over the long term.
