Bidding Announcement: Power Distribution Project for the First Relocation Village Construction Project in Qiandong (Sansui) – Fishpond Reservoir Relocation Area

According to the "Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China" and its "Implementation Regulations," among other relevant provisions, the Qian-dong (Sansui) Relocation Village No. 1 Project (Yutang Reservoir Relocation Area) – Power Distribution Engineering has now met the conditions for tendering, following approval by the Sansui County Development and Reform Bureau under Document No. 101 of the Sansui Development and Reform Approval. A public bidding process will be conducted for this construction project. Details are announced as follows: **I. Approved under Guangzhou Development and Reform Commission's Document No. 101, the distribution project for the Qian Dong (Sansui) Relocation Village Project No. 1 (Fish Pond Reservoir Resettlement Area) has now met the conditions for tendering. A public bidding process will be conducted for the following construction project. Relevant details are announced as follows:
I. Project Overview
(1) Project Name: Qian-dong (Sansui) First Village Relocation Project (Yutang Reservoir Resettlement Area) – Power Distribution Engineering
(II) Project Location: Next to the Sanhui County High-Speed Rail Station
(III) Project Category and Structural Type: Other
(IV) Funding Sources and Project Investment Estimate: The total estimated project investment is 5.4 million yuan, funded through bank loans and local self-financing.
(5) Planned Duration: 60 calendar days
II. Scope of the Tender
(1) Scope of the project tender: All contents specified in the project tender documents, clarification documents, and drawings.
(II) This project will not follow the simplified procedure.
III. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
(1) Bidder Qualification Requirements: Bidders for this tender must hold a Grade-III or higher General Contracting License for Power Engineering issued by the construction administrative authority, or a Grade-III or higher Specialized Contracting License for Transmission and Substation Engineering, along with a Power Facility Installation (Repair, Testing) Permit issued by a branch office of the National Energy Administration. Specifically, bidders must possess at least a Grade-V license for installation services, a Grade-V license for repair services, and a Grade-V license for testing services, while also demonstrating adequate capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and financial resources.
(II) Qualification Requirements for Project Manager: Bidders are required to assign a project manager who holds a Grade II or higher Registered Construction Engineer qualification in the field of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, possesses a valid Certificate of Competence in Safety Production, and must not currently be serving as the project manager for any other ongoing construction projects.
(III) Each applicant may bid on a maximum of 1 lot, and is allowed to win only 1 lot.
