Tender Announcement for the Guizhou Province Qiandongnan Prefecture Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital Construction Project

According to the "Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Implementation Regulations of the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China," and other relevant provisions, the Guizhou Provincial Qiandongnan Prefecture Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital Construction Project has now met the conditions for tendering, as approved by the Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture Development and Reform Commission under Document No. 78 of the Qiandongnan Development and Reform Approval. A public bidding process will be conducted for the following construction projects. Details are announced as follows: **I. According to the "Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Implementation Regulations of the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China," and other relevant provisions, after Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture Development and Reform Commission With Qian Dongnan Development and Reform Approval No. 78 Approved, Guizhou Province Qiandongnan Prefecture Maternal and Child Health Hospital Construction project The conditions for tendering have been met. The following construction project will be publicly bid, and relevant details are announced as follows:
I. Project Overview
(1) Project Name: Guizhou Province Qiandongnan Prefecture Maternal and Child Health Hospital Construction project
(II) Project Location: South side of the New 320 National Highway (Kaiyuan Road), west of Baima Avenue, in Kaili Economic Development Zone
(III) Project Category and Structural Type: Construction Project (Building and Municipal Engineering)
(IV) Funding Source: State-Owned Funds
(V) Planned Duration: 365 calendar days
II. Scope of the Tender
(1) Scope of the project tender: The facility will include healthcare rooms, medical facilities, an underground parking garage, and supporting infrastructure, with a total of 150 beds. The gross floor area will be 20,720 square meters, of which approximately 14,720 square meters will be above ground, and 6,000 square meters will be located underground.
(II) This project will not follow the simplified procedure.
III. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
(1) Bidder Qualification Requirements: Bidders for this tender must hold a Grade-3 or higher construction engineering construction general contracting license issued by the competent construction administrative authority, and must demonstrate adequate capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and financial resources.
(II) Qualification Requirements for Project Managers: Bidders are required to assign a project manager who holds a Grade-II or higher registered construction engineer qualification in architectural engineering, possesses a valid certificate of competency in safety production, and must not currently be serving as the project manager for any other ongoing construction projects.
(III) Each applicant may bid on up to / contract sections, with a maximum of / contracts allowed to be awarded.
(IV) Joint bids are not accepted for this tender.

4. Obtaining the Bidding Documents
(1) The tender documents can be purchased and downloaded from March 21, 2020, to March 26, 2020.
(II) The tender document is priced at 500 yuan per set, while the drawings and other materials cost 1,500 yuan per set.
5. Submission of Bidding Documents
(1) The deadline for submitting bid documents is April 14, 2020, at 11:00:00 AM. Location: Guizhou Provincial Public Resources Trading Center (No. 282 Zunyi Road, Nanming District, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province).
(II) Bids delivered late or not delivered to the designated location will not be accepted by the tenderer.
