Dong Yawei, Chief Engineer of the Guizhou Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development; Wang Bin, Deputy Director of the Labor and Economic Affairs Department of the Guizhou Provincial Federation of Trade Unions; Tu Zhiqiang, Director of the Guizhou Provincial Construction Project Cost Management Station; Zhang Yue, a cadre at the bureau-level position and nominee for chairman of the Guizhou Provincial Construction Union Committee; Yang Kun, First-Level Chief Staff Member of the Guizhou Provincial Construction Union Committee; Pang Shuwen, Head of the Market Division at the Guizhou Provincial Construction Project Cost Management Station; Chen Limei, President of the Guizhou Provincial Construction Project Cost Management Association; Qiao Jinyu, Chairman of the Supervisory Board; Vice Presidents Chen Jianyong, Liu Zongyi, Liu Qin, and Xiang Hong; Supervisors Luo Qingyun and Li Qunfen, along with leaders from several participating companies, attended the final competition and observed the event. The final was hosted by Zhao Di, Head of the Guizhou Branch of Glodon Software Co., Ltd.

Before the final round, Director Dong from the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development delivered a speech, emphasizing that the skills competition serves as a vital platform to showcase the talent and expertise of cost professionals in our province. He encouraged all participants to fully demonstrate their abilities, compete with style and excellence, and highlight the remarkable qualities of modern-day cost professionals through exceptional craftsmanship and innovative thinking. Finally, he officially declared the start of the competition.

After intense competition in the preliminary and semi-final rounds, 25 outstanding enterprise teams ultimately advanced to the finals.
 

The final round will feature renowned association experts Luo Qingyun, He Jianglan, and Zhang Hu as judges, tasked with providing on-site guidance and evaluating the contestants' performances. The final competition is divided into three specialized tracks—civil engineering, installation, and municipal engineering—and includes four distinct rounds: an online quiz, an offline written exam, a mandatory on-site response session, and an additional challenge round. This diverse and comprehensive set of questions offers participants ample opportunities to showcase both their foundational cost estimation skills and their team’s collaborative strengths.
 

During the competition, contestants demonstrated composure and confidence, along with expert-level skills, showcasing their solid theoretical knowledge and technical proficiency. They fully embodied the pioneering and excellence-driven spirit of engineering cost professionals, creating a tense yet vibrant atmosphere at the event site.
 

After a day of intense competition, the finals concluded successfully, with honorary certificates and prizes awarded on-site. Guizhou Xinxin Construction Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. took home the first-place team award in the competition and was also honored with the title "Pioneer Team of Workers." Meanwhile, Guizhou Yuanxin Construction Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. and Pucheng Zhenghua Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. earned second-place team honors, while Guizhou Shengjian Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd., Guizhou Enfang Engineering Construction Consulting Co., Ltd., and Guizhou Baisheng Shuyuan Engineering Technology Management Co., Ltd. secured third-place team awards. Additionally, 25 companies—including Guizhou Haotian Engineering Cost Consulting Co., Ltd., Guizhou Xinying Construction Engineering Project Management LLC, and Guizhou Provincial Institute of Architectural Design LLC—were recognized with the Outstanding Organization Award.

Yang Xuihui from Pucheng Zhenghua Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. won the first-place award for Civil Engineering; Chen Yizhi from Guizhou Xinsheng Construction Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. took home the first-place award for Installation; and Shen Qiuxiang from Guizhou Yuanxin Construction Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. earned the first-place award in Municipal Engineering.

Ke Wei from Guizhou Wanpin Real Estate and Land Asset Evaluation Co., Ltd. and Zhang Pei from Guizhou Qianyuan Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) each received the second-place individual award in Civil Engineering; Chen Hongmei from Guizhou Baisheng Shuyuan Engineering Technology Management Co., Ltd. and Deng Xiaohui from Guizhou Enfang Engineering Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. were awarded second place individually in Installation Engineering; while Xiao Fang from Guizhou Shengjian Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. and Fan Zeng from Guizhou Xinsheng Construction Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. earned the second-place individual honor in Municipal Engineering.

Yuan Guojiang from Guizhou Yuanxin Construction Investment Consulting Co., Ltd., Fang Yan from Guizhou Xinying Construction Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd., and Yuan Lin from Guizhou Lixin Engineering Cost Consulting Services Co., Ltd. each received the third-place award in the civil engineering category; Guizhou Shengjian Li Guihua from Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd., Liu Chun from Guizhou Lixin Construction Cost Consulting Service Co., Ltd., and Hou Donghong from Guizhou Haotian Construction Cost Consulting Co., Ltd. each received the Third Prize for Installation Individual Achievement. Meanwhile, An Changyu from Three-Dimensional Construction Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., Tao Ying from Guizhou Xinying Construction Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd., Chen Bin from Huashen Construction Cost Consulting Co., Ltd., and Huang Kuang from Pucheng Zhenghua Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. were jointly awarded the Third Prize for Municipal Individual Achievement.

Wu Jiajing from Guizhou Haotian Engineering Cost Consulting Co., Ltd., Yu Yongping from Guizhou Xinying Construction Project Management Co., Ltd., Zhang Jiawei from Guizhou Provincial Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd., and 53 other individuals were awarded the Individual Excellence Award.

At the conclusion of the finals, Director Tu from the Provincial Cost Management Station delivered the closing remarks. He emphasized that this skills competition has provided a valuable platform for cost professionals to showcase their talents, exchange knowledge, and learn from one another. The participants demonstrated exceptional cost management expertise and impressive professionalism, delivering a vibrant and inspiring showcase of their skills—fully achieving the event’s goals of fostering learning, training, evaluation, and industry development through competition. Director Tu encouraged all competitors to carry forward the spirit of dedication and responsibility they displayed during the contest into their future work and studies, continuously striving for excellence and contributing even more wisdom and strength to the growth of the industry.
